Organised by JCDISI and funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust, this is an Action Project originated from “Intergenerational Play Space” symposium conducted in 2019 under PolyU Jockey Club “Operation SoInno". The aim is to reimagine Kowloon Park Fitness Trail and encourage public enjoyment from users of all ages, promote intergenerational play and enhance user well-being.
The wayfinding system with the innovative solution demonstrates the thin lines and minimalist palette give the trail a refresh vivid debut. The playing of the color and visuals in the design, along with the vitality tone speaks of the fun recreation.
Loop S - the lightest in physical intensity in zone, with a short trail that can be looped around and around suitable for young kids and young old.
Loop M - the loop that starts to include steeper topography between zone1 and 2, where adults can experience more cardio-training with their jogging or running.
Loop L - is the most intense of the loop that includes all the previous sections with varying topography in all zones.
